The door to my attic was left open, letting heat in for hours. The technician also left my back gate open which allowed both of my dogs to get out. The gate is very visible from the driveway where he was parked. My dogs were found, but only after my 3 legged dog could no longer use her back leg and my other dog was cut up and bleeding. I have a very sturdy fence and gate for a reason and his carelessness cost me way more than the service charge. Now it's a vet bill on top of that. Lack of attention and professionalism.
