We choose Sunset Air to replace our orginal A/C unit which was not working. Since it has been replaced we have been very happy the A/C keeps us cool & it is energy efficient keeping the power bills down. We have an annual maintenance plan & all the guys have been very professional & explained things if we had any questions.I would highly recommend them

The sunset tech. Andrew was polite, professional and punctual.
Andrew answered all A/C heating and thermostat questions from me and my wife. He did a thorough job of checking our air conditioning system and flushing the line. In fact he had to extend the height of the drain pipe which was buried by the builder. Fantastic employee. Highly recommend the company and employee.

Tyler came out today to do a routine maintenance on our air conditioner, a courtesy call to inform he was on his way was made. He arrived with a coworker and went to work. They were very professional and polite and went above and beyond my expectations, they washed my reusable filters and installed new filters throughout the house . I would highly recommend Sunset Air

Sunset Air installed all new A/C and ductwork for us a couple years ago. We also have a maintenance contract with them. Weve had some glitches with the new system and they have responded promptly and professionally. The technicians are all very nice and they do a thorough job each time. Very highly recommend these folks!

Just had my AC system replaced by Sunset Air. Matt was the lead installer. All work was completed as specified in the agreement. Arrived at 8:30am and work was completed at 2pm. Everything was clean and complete when they left. They even patched the existing screw holes from my existing thermostat/humidistat after replacing with a new single unit thermostat. I would certainly recommend Sunset Air for any full system replacement or new system install. I plan on using them for normal yearly system maintenance also.

Tyler the service tech represented his company well. He was not on time - he was 45 min early. He did an excellent job with the maintenance of the unit that Sunset put in a couple of years ago. A good maintenance program goes a long ways when done correctly. I am very satisfied.
