Heritage Custom Pools is owned and operated by Sam Milne, master swimming pool craftsman dedicated to customer satisfaction. In the pool construction industry for over 29 years, Sam has served the Foothill Communities for nearly 13 years. Taking a summer job in the gunite industry, Sam began his swimming pool building career at the age of 16. Who would of thought that guniting on hot summer days would inspire a young man to build swimming pools. Well, It did! Later, while working in the Bay Area of California, at the construction of a large water park, Sam first tried his hand at artificial rock formation.
