John Crichton the Chief Information Officer of Guy Carpenter, and is responsible for leading Guy Carpenter's global technology organization. John is a member of the Executive Committee. Since joining Guy Carpenter, John has been instrumental in reorganizing and enhancing the technology function. John has also been responsible for the development of a target architecture and application roadmaps to support the delivery of world-class client and colleague experiences, analytics & advisory and distribution.

Melissa Hartshorn is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Guy Carpenter and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Melissa brings extensive experience to this role in the areas of workforce planning, talent management, rewards and strategic business partnership. Most recently, Melissa served as the HR Leader for our Global Operations and Global Strategic Advisory organizations at Guy Carpenter. In this leadership capacity, she advanced the people strategy for these two organizations. Prior to joining Guy Carpenter in 2018, Melissa held HR leadership positions at Mercer and served on the MMC talent management team.
