Sean and Dustin have worked together for the past 18 years. From the beginning they have shared the same passion for building, as well as the relationships that were built along the way. Together they have over 40 years of experience and have completed hundreds of successful projects within the construction industry. Our area of expertise includes new residential construction, residential remodel, commercial shell buildings, commercial tenant improvement, public school renovation, winery facilities and tasting rooms, on-site and off-site utility work, church renovations and health club construction.

Precision Builders' Primary focus is on General Contracting. We take a lot of pride in being able to take someone's vision and turn it into a quality finished product. Our clients count on us because we are responsive, provide outstanding service, deliver an exceptional product and care about the relationship we are building. Dustin is a "born and raised" Sonoma county local and grew up in the Santa Rosa area. He is a 3rd generation builder and has grown up surrounded by all forms of construction and specialty craft trades. Building has always been a passion for Dustin. The excitement of taking the vision of a client or architect and bringing it to life has turned into a lifelong commitment. The personal relationships that he develops along the way are equally as rewarding. Dustin is married with 2 young boys and family is a top priority for him.
