We have the expertise, skill, and creativity to help you through the entire construction process on time and within budget. With in-depth training and collaborative efforts, we deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Beach City Builders, Inc. (BCB) is a family owned and operated full service General Contractor with 30 years of experience successfully serving southern California. In fact, we are part of a successful construction bloodline that is generations old. We are proud to harness this background for our existing and new clients.

We are the proud owners of Beach City Builders, Inc., and we are part of a very long lineage of prosperous general contractors from the Midwest. BCB's two owners, Dave and Tom Norman, were deeply entrenched for years in large construction projects and the daily operations of their family's construction business in Missouri, which started their strong passion for building things. Their building knowledge runs deep and is reflected in the quality and hard work of their company as well as that of their teams.

As a full-service design and build company, we can offer flexibility and competitively priced services throughout both the residential and commercial sectors that meet your project goals in compliance with local regulations. Pre-Construction is the phase of a negotiated construction contract that develops a road map for the project team. The Pre-Construction Phase actually unites the project team, architect/interior designer, engineer, construction managers, the client and the landlord. The team works together at the inception of the project to help establish sufficient conceptual information to prepare preliminary budget estimate and project schedule.
