Established in 2009, Element 26 Contracting is a Rancho Cordova, CA. based contracting company specializing in demolition, abatement and environmental remediation. These base services are also complimented by waste stream diversion and high recycle applications that will improve any LEED projections or other related environmental milestones. Element 26 specializes in technically challenging projects that others decline to pursue as our abilities to problem solve with innovative logistic applications has created a niche market for our clients.

Element 26 Contracting was built from the ground up as a fully capable and mobile company with competent and reliable resources to perform on multiple scopes of work at varying locations simultaneously. We focus on exceeding customer expectations by our dedication to performance of work scope, technical approach, cost effective strategies and sensibility that has earned repeat business with the majority of our clients. Although Element 26 Contracting did not pioneer the industry of demolition, abatement, and remediation or have been incorporated for 50 years, our collective office management, field management and work staff force have been selected from only the most respected firms in the industry.
