Innovative Design Skid-mounted Batch Treatment In-a-Box (BT-IaB) is built on our 15-years of experience manufacturing wastewater treatment systems. Integrated skid-mounted ion exchange system for closed-loop recycling of rinses with TDS <450 mg/l to produce up to 25-gpm of deionized water. Ion Exchange for heavy metal removal for rinse water treatment prior to discharge to selectively remove nickel, copper, zinc, and chrome to parts-per-billion levels to meet discharge limits.
