RS Andrews salesman under the Home Depot program made an appointment with me for Saturday between 9-11 am. My wife and I sat around waiting for the appointment when he calls me at exactly 10:51 am to tell me that he is doing something else and will be at my house around 11:30 am (spoke very casually like it was no big deal with no mention of an apology). I told him to cancel the appointment and he said okay again like there was no care in the world of gaining me as a customer. This is definitely not a company I want to give over $10,000 (cash not financing) to for installing vital cooling/ heating equipment in our home. Buyer beware because that is just their sales department, who should be the best of the best within their company since they are the first to come in contact with potential customers. NO THANK YOU!
