Furnace died on Saturday. Sales rep, Quentin, help us select a new unit. He was very knowledgeable and help make the decision process easy. The installers, Scott and Nick did a great job on the install. Both were very professional and polite. showed me how to work the thermostat and did a great job cleaning up. I'd recommend Quality Heating and Cooling to everyone.

We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed this week and Mike, our comfort care technician and Fred and Ivan, the installation technicians, were great!
Mike took the time to measure all of the rooms, number of windows and outside walls to determine proper size of units we needed. He explained everything they would do and pointed out a couple of things that were not up to code that they would correct. Fred spent 11 hours installing and trying to correct a problem with our faulty wiring so we could have heat until they can rewire the unit. I am very happy with their professionalism and service.
