Phil’s professionalism made our home construction as positive and painless as a project of this size can be. We built a home from the ground up and it was an incredible experience. Our 3 story, 2400 sq. ft home with a rooftop deck, 4 balconies and four floor dumbwaiter is one of downtown’s most exceptional homes. Phil was on time, on budget, and kept the project moving forward. Hiline has done 3 projects for us. A kitchen remodel, a bathroom remodel and interior door replacement. All 3 went smoothly. In all 3 cases the work was completed early, or on time, and there were no "surprise" costs. We have an older house (1946) and Phil always rolled with whatever the house threw at him.

I'll just say go with the results, and he's done great work on our kitchen. we are now having him back to work on the outside of the house too.

Hiline did an excellent job on our house! We were told once it was our turn, had to wait until another job was finished, we would have no interruptions and boy was that true. The crew was awesome, there everyday and did a great job. Very friendly and work with any changes that came along. It was great to know we were the only house being worked on and not just a number.
