Empire Group Fine Construction Inc. was founded by Philip Conway-Burt in 2008 with the focus on Construction Services for High-end New Homes, Gut Renovations, Restoration and Property Development. In addition to our Construction Services we also offer architectural design, Interior Design and Landscape Design. We have partnered with Landscape designer Teri Ciarlo of Teryl Designs Landscaping to offer the Landscape Design service. All the Design services are done in-house primarily by Philip Conway-Burt, but we also collaborate and partner with other architects and Interior Designers depending one each clients preferences.
We are a full service construction firm that specializes in high end remodels and new construction for residential Development properties in the most prestigious areas of Los Angeles and we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality customer service all the way from Design review to the completion and beyond with a full service maintenance contract if required.
