I found Comfort Air to be very professional from beginning to the completed installation. We shopped around for over a month and we found their estimate pricing to be inline with all others. What sold us was their promptness in finding the answers to our questions and relaying them to us in a very timely manner. Every person we spoke with was polite and helpful. I believe our installer was named Alex, regardless, whomever it was was very professional, hardworking and very knowledgeable.

Alex was very professional, polite, and courteous, he answered any questions I had, explained how to operate the unit, and never complained about working past dark, in the cold, and the pouring rain. I completely forgot to offer him a tip, he definitely deserved one, such a hard worker, a definite asset to the Company. I highly recommend Comfort Air, and if you have Alex on the job, better yet!

Since purchasing our new home, our heating and air conditioning have only been serviced by Comfort Air. Our AC died in the heat of the last few days, Daniel came out and found a leak in the seal that was probably there since installation less than a year ago. The company paid for the repair AND the replacement Freon since they had done the initial install and wanted to make it right. WOW. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We are very pleased with the professionalism and service.
