SinglePoint Design Build

This beautiful modern home was designed by MEM Architecture. The project consisted of a full interior and exterior remodel of a once Spanish style home. The design team did an amazing job of opening up the entertaining space with large glass doors and a structure that highlights the panoramic bay view. This project was completed in true Design Build fashion with the help of Thompson Studio Architects. We had an integral voice in the design and kept strict tabs on budget while letting TSA design a truly unique home centered on an indoor outdoor living experience.

A key component of our success is the team of passionate carpenters and hard-working laborers that allow us to self-perform the majority of the work on our projects. Our experience has also helped us build an extensive list of pre-qualified sub-contractors to perform work like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, etc. Our founder, Brant Hill studied at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and earned a BS in Construction Management. Out of school he worked for a large commercial general contractor as a project manager for 6 years and was involved with building over $100,000,000 in construction projects.
