Our AC went out on Saturday afternoon. It was hot, and we were thinking we would have to suffer til Monday to get service. Called Progressive and got an appointment early Sunday morning. Tech was on time and quickly fixed our AC. Would definitely recommend Progressive for responsiveness and efficiency! Thanks!

Tim was polite, efficient and thorough. No wasted time and he checked for possible problems we were concerned about. I really liked that he was within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. Nothing better than NOT waiting for service.
