Our Team of Professionals have completed countless Government, Commercial and Residential projects. Established in 1986 as a Painting Contractor, Lovern's Inc. has since expanded and formed a Maintenance Division later adding Renovations & Restoration Divisions. In 1993 Tommy Lovern was awarded the Housing Maintenance Service Contract at Peterson Air Force Base and shortly after was awarded the Protective Coating Maintenance IDIQ Contract.

Lovern's Inc. was established in 1986 by Tommy Lovern, a native of Colorado. Since opening its doors with just Mr. Lovern and three employees, Lovern's Inc. now employs over 45 employees with a lay-off status of little to none. Over the past 30 years, Lovern's Inc. has completed many projects for multiple government bases as well as commercial and residential customers with a 99.9% SATISFACTION result rating.
