Heritage Heating and Cooling is a family-owned full service air conditioning and heating company located in Franklin TN, that has built its business on a reputation of taking care of its customers. From personal service by the owner himself, Jeff Parks, to quality installations performed by skilled NATE Certified technicians, our customers know they can trust us with their home comfort. Heritage was started in the the spring of 1998 after Jeff, Dixie, and their children, moved here from Maryland.

Our specialty is residential replacement units. At Heritage Heating and Cooling we believe in doing a quality install that will provide lasting years of comfort and value. We are craftsmen and despise a lot of the workmanship seen in today's new construction market. Our service department is superb. With experienced and skilled technicians on our staff, our customers feel confident knowing they are getting the value they deserve.
