Sierra Properties, Inc. is a privately held commercial real estate services company founded in 1988 and headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. David R. Delich, President, brings 30 years of commercial real estate experience in leasing, site and facility acquisition, development and construction management expertise and asset management operations to the organization. Sierra Properties was formed from the Colorado Springs division of Vantage Companies, a Dallas, Texas based developer, creating the first third party asset management group handling institutional clients in the Pikes Peak region.
Sierra Properties, Inc. has been providing commercial real estate asset management services in Colorado Springs since 1988.
