Elkstone did not meet the 6 week promise for us (8 wks+). Trouble with paint, low voltage, flooring, and finish carpentry. Elkstone was engaged at the outset, then ignored us at the end. We were pressured to accept punch list items as warranty so they could collect final payment. We met them way more than halfway throughout, accepting flaws along the way in the spirit of give and take. Ultimately we had to complain just to get them to finish painting. So disappointed it went this way as they were recommended so highly by trusted friends. I'd avoid Elkstone.

Elkstone just finished our basement and we are still in awe. They stayed on time (just shy of 6 weeks), were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. Their attention to detail is bar none. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to finish their basement.

Elkstone was great from the start! Everything from the schedule and plans they give to their on-time deliveries and installs, everything went great. Our basement is an amazing extension to our home and we can't wait to show it off! Thank you Glenn for helping make our vision come to life, thank you Randy for putting up/keeping up with me through the process, and Jeff for filling in when he did. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them on future projects (bigger and better basements!).
