We strive to help manufacturers improve their sales efforts and efficiency. We connect manufacturers and hundreds of mid-tier builders and assist the development of the builder-focused strategy. The development of a strong network is essential to creating profitable relationships and success within any business. Builders provide the quality, durability, and functionality needed to attract buyers and close the sale.

Builder Partnerships was founded by Charles (Chuck) C. Shinn Jr., of Shinn Consulting. For over 40 years, Chuck has provided management consulting services and educational seminars exclusively to the housing industry. Through Shinn Consulting, Chuck and his team work with builder clients to help them realize greater profits and efficiencies. Chuck has also spent 40 years working with manufacturers through NAHB's NCHI. He has been co-chair of the organization and also chaired the education committee.
