Green bonds are used to fund investments in environmentally friendly projects in accordance with our Green Bond Framework. Proceeds will fund investments in or refurbishments of properties that have or will receive certain levels of LEED, DNGB, BREEAM, HQE or CASBEE certification, or result in environmentally beneficial improvements to boost energy and water efficiency or support renewable energy production, such as LED lighting, cool roofing, and rooftop solar installations.
