CL Home Improvements was founded in 1976 by Charles Lepper Jr. The company has been one of the most prominent home improvement and roofing contractors in the local area since it was founded. One of CL Home Improvements' most notable contracts was with Yale University. CL Home Improvements was in charge of the roofs, gutters, and renovations of Yale's off campus properties. You can find our work on Prospect Street, Mansfield Street, Lake Place, Edgewood Avenue, Chapel Street, and many others. We pride ourselves in our excellent craftmanship and impeccable eye for detail.
