In 2019, MKDA added to its New York, Stamford, and and Miami studios with the opening of its Washington, DC interior design and advisory services studio. The office is headed by Kristn Aldan Gumundsdttir, Intl. Assoc. AIA, who joins MKDA as Executive Managing Director. The expansion adds to MKDA's geographic reach and positions the firm to provide its strategic, partnership-driven design services to current corporate and landlord clients with assets across the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area as well as a diverse array of new clients.
