Greg installed a new thermostat, was in and out very professional. Explained the process to me, verified I didn't have any questions and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Reasonable prices. I recommend Ohio Heating.

Labor Day our AC unit stopped cooling. I called on Tuesday and by noon technician Zac was working on our AC. Zac was very knowledgable and explained everything he was doing. We live at Gahanna Creekside and he had to go up on the roof to inspect the unit. After adding coolant we once again had AC. Zac was very professional. The price was fair. We would not hesitate to call Ohio Heating and Cooling when we need repairs. Thank you.

They were very helpful. They came out to service my system and got it back up and running right away. Not only did they clearly explain what was wrong with the system, but they also walked me through some basic troubleshooting steps and a recommended filter maintenance schedule.

Ohio Heating and Refrigeration was wonderful. They scheduled AC service at my convenience. The technician called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He quickly identified the issue with my AC, reviewed all repair options and had my house cooling within 40 minutes! I will definitely call them again!

A truly great bunch of guys showed up at my house and stole my air conditioner and furnace. Fortunately for me, they replaced both with brand new equipment to my complete satisfaction.
