Report
I have used DA Burns many times, and successfully so. This time, I called them to dry clean a linen sofa. They have cleaned this same sofa before. However, this time they left multiple visible water marks on the side of the sofa. I'm disappointed and concerned about my sofa. For $218 I may have just paid to have a $5k sofa destroyed.

We have been using D.A. Burns for close to 20 years in Seattle. The service, quality and care they take is like no other company we have used for these kind of services. We get our area carpets cleaned by them, and have had our wall-to-wall carpets cleaned at my offices and in our home all these years. The cost is incredibly low!
