Complete terrace renovation. Demolished all existing T1-11 and Hardy board facia. Repaired rotten wood beams with new 2x4's and plywood. Dressed columns with Durock and complete stucco Installation, smooth ceiling and textured walls and columns.
Complete Bathroom remodel consisted of relocating toilet to enlarge the bathtub space and convert into a master suite shower.
