In December 1994, Daniel Sullivan started his own HVAC company with just a handful of employees. Starting out, the business operated mostly in Kitsap and Mason counties but quickly spread to other areas to include Jefferson, King and Pierce to name a few. After 25 years and growing to 32 employees, Dan decided to sell the business and Sullivan Heating & Cooling became partnered with other Puget Sound market leaders to offer enhanced services and products to our clients. A hybrid system combines an indoor furnace with an outdoor heat pump which also serves as a central air conditioner.
