We have a Vacation Home in Orlando, we had a Lanai built on the rear in which there was a beautiful view of a Lake. Our Primary home is in Ohio. The Company we choose to built the Lanai took our Money and did a horrible job, I cried. I contracted Wills Stucco to redo the job while we were in Ohio. Mr Paul Wills informed us that no payment was needed, he said when we return to Orlando, if we were satisfied with his work, then we could pay him. When we returned 3 mos later, I ran to the rear of our home. It felt like Christmas, I cried Mr Wills redid the Lanai, just as I envisioned it, it was Beautiful & we are still enjoying our Lanai 10 years later.
