Before becoming Maxwell Terrace Apartments, our building at Colonial Drive and John Young Parkway used to be the Hilton Inn West. Maxwell Garden has 205 units - 180 efficiency apartments and 25 traditional single-room occupancy units, with private bedrooms and communal living areas. A swimming pool and outdoor seating area provides a respite for residents. Profits from sales at this Sobik's Subs location go to support Pathlight HOME's mission to change the lives of men and women who have experienced the challenges of homelessness and poverty.
