John Mike Shannon, contractor and owner of Quality Construction and Design, has been in the building and construction industry for over thirty years. Mike is licensed in Florida as a building contractor, and licensed in Mississippi as a residential builder. Quality Construction and Design, QCD, was established in 2001 to provide both residential and commercial building and remodeling services. Prior to establishing QCD, Mike owned and operated JMS Services of Tallahassee for eleven years, which specialized in framing and trim carpentry services.
