Our AC unit quit working on Tuesday. The company sent a tech out Wednesday morning. The tech said our thermostat was bad and changed it. They then gave me a bill for $205 for the replacement. I can buy this thermostat at Home Depot for $25. By the afternoon it was almost 80 degrees in my house. I called the company back, and they sent a different tech. My unit was froze, so he turned it off and said he would be back the next day. He came back the next afternoon about 2. By this time it was 87 in my house, and I have children. This tech looked at my coils and said they were impacted and they could clean the unit for an additional $300 - $600 dollars. Now my unit is 26 years old, so we decided to get a new unit instead. They priced the new 2.5 ton unit at $5600. We had another company replace our unit today and they charged us $2900. The new company did a fantastic job. I feel like Ware Mechanical ripped me off and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Got our annual service accomplished this week (and a whole lot more). Bought Renva a copper gas lantern for the back patio and between Blake and Bobby from Ware, they were able to figure out a way to install it exactly where we'd want and have it ready by Thanksgiving. Great work from a great group.

Happy Thanksgiving! We will be closed Thanksgiving Day, but you can call for emergency service if needed! The office will be closed on Black Friday as well so you will have to leave a voicemail for the technician, but there will be no after hours charge from 8am to 4:30pm on that day.
