Gypsum Underlayment
Gyp-Tech installs high-strength gypsum underlayments with compression ratings up to 4,500 psi. These systems provide fire resistance, sound attenuation, and a smooth base for finished flooring. Ideal for wood subfloors in multifamily and commercial construction.
Sound Control Mats
Our Maxxon Acousti-Mat systems reduce noise transmission through floor-ceiling assemblies. Available in 1/8" to 3/4" thicknesses, these mats meet IBC sound control requirements for apartments, condos, and commercial buildings.
Self-Leveling Concrete
