Piedmont Pest Control is a division of Northwest Exterminating, an Atlanta-based pest control company. Northwest Exterminating was established in 1951 by L.A. Phillips and his wife, Emma Lene Phillips. The company was founded on the values of honesty, integrity, and excellence. Today these values still remain the core of Northwest Exterminating as we have grown from a family of 2 to a family of over 500 team members and multiple service centers throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, & South Carolina.

In addition, we provide wood infestation reports and pre-construction termite treatments for real estate customers.

Who is this for? Our commercial services include: schools, government offices, doctors offices, hospitals, nursing homes, daycare facilities, churches, convenience stores, distribution centers, factories, business offices, veterinary offices, workshops, stores, restaurants, universities and colleges, body shops, banks, gyms, among others.

Atrained service technician will evaluate your situation and recommend the best solution from among our control techniques based on your specific needs. Did you know? Rodents pose a greater threat than the fear or anxiety they seem to bring with their presence. Commercial rodent control is quite a bit more comprehensive. Piedmont Pest has the experience and expertise to customize the perfect plan for your facility with budget, regulatory, and documentation issues in mind. No hassles, no problems, and no rodents!

Termite inspections are extremely important "check-ups" for homes and other wooden structures. Termite inspections can alert you to termite infestations, moisture problems, and conditions that are attractive to termites before they cause extensive damage. Schedule a free inspection today and one of our polite and highly trained technicians will come inspect your home for termites. Oh yeah, no pushy salesmen or high pressure sales techniques.

We agree to provide the best possible service at a reasonable and fair price. We will return to your house to service any pest infestation included in the contract at no extra charge. After three months, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will promptly return your money. Is it safe? Piedmont Pest uses a convenient, affordable, and environmentally responsible approach called Integrated Pest Management (IPM). We also take care to select solutions that are healthy and safe for you and your family.

Crawl spaces that are vented and have dirt floors are called open crawl spaces. These crawl spaces let in humid air from the outside and moisture that's evaporating from the ground. Moisture can also arrive from evaporation of water that may have entered the crawl space due to a plumbing leak or improper drainage systems. Vents do not help release this moisture because it lets in just as much air as it lets out. So, once entering your crawl space, this moisture is more likely to stay trapped inside than to be released.
