Our comprehensive home inspections examine all major systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components. Two certified inspectors systematically evaluate properties using thermal imaging and moisture detection technology. Clients receive detailed digital reports with photos and repair recommendations within 24 hours, ensuring informed decision-making for buyers and sellers.
Pest Control
We implement integrated pest management strategies targeting specific infestations while protecting beneficial insects. Our eco-friendly treatments address termites, ants, mosquitoes, and rodents using EPA-registered products. Customized plans include exclusion techniques and habitat modification to prevent future infestations while maintaining environmental safety for families and pets.
Termite Inspection
Certified specialists conduct thorough wood-destroying organism inspections using moisture meters and borescopes. We identify termite species, active infestations, and fungal damage while checking for mud tubes and frass evidence. Reports meet insurance requirements and include treatment recommendations using Sentricon Always Active technology for colony elimination.
Wind Mitigation
Specialized inspections evaluate roof attachment, gable ends, and window protections to determine hurricane resistance. We document construction features meeting Florida Building Code requirements, helping homeowners qualify for insurance premium discounts through the state's wind mitigation program.
Mold Testing
We identify moisture intrusion sources and conduct air sampling for mold spores in temperature-controlled environments. Thermal imaging detects hidden water damage while lab analysis determines mold types. Reports include remediation guidance for contaminated areas exceeding normal spore counts in residential and commercial properties.
