Services
Commercial Roofing
We deliver durable commercial roofing solutions for new construction projects. Our expertise includes multi-layer systems with insulation, vapor barriers, and high-performance membranes. Projects like the 42-story Signia Hilton Hotel demonstrate our ability to handle complex logistics while maintaining 30-year NDL warranties.
Re-Roofing Services
Our re-roofing services address aging systems requiring full replacement. Using methods like manual transport for high-rise projects, we ensure minimal disruption during upgrades. Recent work on Atlanta's Grady Hospital maintained operations during pandemic constraints while achieving 20-year warranty standards.
Low-Slope Roofing
Specializing in low-slope commercial applications, we install systems like TPO, EPDM, and PVC membranes. Our work on Georgia State University's Sparks Hall included tapered insulation and torch-applied barriers to meet specific performance requirements for flat roof structures.
TPO Systems
We implement TPO membrane solutions known for energy efficiency and durability. Our installations feature reinforced seams and proper insulation layers to maximize lifespan. This system's heat-welded seams provide superior protection for commercial facilities in varying climates.
Data Center Roofing
Our data center projects address sensitive equipment protection requirements. For Atlanta's AT&T Building, we designed a roof system with dual insulation layers and strict safety protocols during material transport, ensuring uninterrupted operations in mission-critical environments.
