Capital Heating and Cooling was an impressive company to deal with from sale to completion. We looked at four other companies and just couldn't decide on a heat pump system. As my husband and I were talking it over we remembered that our current system was a Trane. It had been working well with very little maintenance for over 20 years. So we decided to call CH&C. Matt Stahl's consultation was direct and informative.
In Less than 45 minutes we knew that we wanted a Trane variable system. Installation was with a week of placing the order. Installers were professional and efficient. Unfortunately the heat pump was not delivered along with the other equipment and a call Was made to the supplier in Vancouver Washington. The pump was put on a truck and arrived after 4pm. The installers stayed until 7 pm finishing the Job and were committed to ensuring we had heat before they quit.
To me it demonstrates Capital Heating and Cooling's commitment to customer service. It so happened that they were the company that installed our old Trane system and we had so little trouble with the Trane goe over the 21 years we had it that we forgot who had installed it. From here on we are committed to CH&C. And we are loving the variable system that is keeping our home evenly heated throughout. Great job guys!
