Curran was awarded CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR at the Illinois Road & Transportation Builders Association (IRTBA) 83rd annual award ceremony. Special recognition was received for delivering two Tollway Interchange projects: Illinois Route 23/Jane Adams Memorial Tollway (I-90) in Marengo and Illinois Route 47 and Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) in Sugar Grove. Curran helped deliver the state's first roundabout interchange on an interstate, Illinois Route 23; and used 3D modeling for design and construction, Illinois 47.
