Clear sealers and silicone paraffin emulsions. Liquid applied membrane (rubberized urethane) for two coarse below grade or traffic bearing concrete construction. All expansion joint sealant & general caulking. We use INTUMESCENT fireproofing because of it's aesthetic value. Also comes in a clear varnish for sandblasted wood in loft conversions. We have added CEMENTITIOUS fireproofing to utilize the investment in our equipment. This system is best used where it will be covered under a suspended ceiling or parking garage, where aesthetics are unimportant.
