Part of the Baize Corp family of companies, Brookhurst Development & Advisory Corp is recognized as a foremost authority in providing a full range of project funding, development and management solutions for public facilities and social infrastructure.

The Baize Corp family of companies began in 1959 when former Chief Plant Engineer at General Motors, James E. Baize, incorporated Baize Corporation to provide architectural and engineering services. Over the decades to follow, Baize Corp would grow into a family of companies that would provide architectural, engineering, design-build, construction management and development services on iconic projects throughout the U.S. and Pacific Rim, for both the private and public sectors. By the end of World War II, James "Jim" Eugene Baize had distinguished himself as an American war hero receiving 23 medals for bravery and service in the line of duty.
