At Skinner Construction we have over 130 years' experience of a wide range of construction projects across the South West. Past projects include schools, hospitals, local government work, small housing developments and churches with a project value of up to 4 million. Focusing on projects with a value of up to 500k, Skinner Construction's Small Works department is a service provider for private, public and commercial sector clients, covering a comprehensive range of building services, including minor works, extensions and major refurbishments.

Founded in Sidmouth in 1882, Skinner Construction is one of the largest builders in Devon with a directly employed staff of over 50. Our highly skilled and experienced workforce has years of experience in all types of building techniques, from new builds, refurbishments and extensions of contemporary properties through to traditional building techniques required for listed building work. Skinner Construction's clients include local public sector and commercial clients or private individuals - accessing a range of services from contracts and small works through to joinery, plumbing and heating and maintenance.
