Surface drainage systems basically consist of a perforated pipe (typically a PVC pipe with weep holes along one side) set in a trench and covered with gravel.

It is important you let your Foundation King evaluator identify the type of cracks and recommend the most suitable coarse of repair. It is also recommended to apply FIBERLOCK Crack Repair after piering a wall.

Foundation King did a great job for us following water in our basement following heavy rains They came out and excavated three sides of our house to waterproof the foundation and installed drainage. They had to move five 30 year-old bushes in front of our house in order to do the excavation. They transplanted the bushes into our back yard, and when the work was completed, they dug up the bushes and replanted them back where they belonged. I was sure the bushes would die, but several months later, they have new growth on them! The workers also fixed our sod where they had to dig it up and cleaned up the yard.
They did such a good job that we hired them to put in an egress window while they had the foundation dug out. They also straightened basement walls that had moved in the bad soil common to our neighborhood in Overland Park. Our next door neighbor was impressed with them and hired them to fix their foundation as well.

This is the second time I have used Foundation King. A friend recommended them a few years ago because they did such any amazing job with her basement. They were good at letting me know when they would be there and Chrystal was great at quickly answering my emails. Will for sure use them again!

These guys are fantastic... we had a tight schedule to get a job done so we could get our house on the market. Mark & the team at Foundation King stepped up and committed to working within our schedule, which included the team being there multiple late nights and on the weekend!
