Services
Pest Control
Our NorPest Green program uses botanical formulas to eliminate ants, roaches, spiders, and other common pests. Quarterly treatments create protective barriers around properties while maintaining environmental safety. Technicians apply non-toxic solutions in hard-to-reach areas where pests hide, using Integrated Pest Management techniques that target infestations at their source while minimizing chemical exposure for families and pets.
Termite Protection
Sentricon Always Active systems provide continuous termite protection using bait stations installed around property perimeters. This environmentally responsible solution eliminates entire colonies without soil disruption. Our $1 million repair warranty covers structural damage, and we offer liquid treatments and Bora-Care wood applications as alternative protection methods for new construction and existing homes.
Wildlife Removal
Professional exclusion services for nuisance wildlife including raccoons, squirrels, snakes, and honeybees. Our technicians perform comprehensive inspections to identify entry points, then humanely remove animals and install preventative barriers. Snake-proofing and bee relocation services use specialized techniques that protect both property owners and local ecosystems while preventing future infestations.
Crawlspace Care
Crawlspace encapsulation systems install moisture barriers and vapor liners to prevent mold growth and pest infestations. Our process includes mechanical drying, foundation vent sealing, and optional CrawlSpace Seal polymer treatments that protect structural components. Encapsulation improves energy efficiency by reducing humidity transfer to living spaces above, potentially lowering HVAC costs by 18% annually.
Attic Insulation
Blown-in cellulose insulation made from 87% recycled materials provides both thermal efficiency and pest protection. Borate-treated fibers deter insects while creating an energy-star rated R-value that can reduce utility bills by up to 30%. Our fire-retardant formula improves home comfort year-round while meeting environmental standards for sustainable building materials.
