In August of 1992, Tony and Kelly Santangelo founded Innovative Pest Control in the back room of their house with one filing cabinet and one truck. Twenty plus years later, our Tyler, TX pest control company has an office that sits on four acres of land on 69 North between loop 323 and I-120, two secretaries and five trucks, and we're continuing to grow. In 2008, our family-owned company became an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and continue to hold an A+ rating. In 2013, Innovative was the only company at the Dow AgroSciences Sentricon state meeting in Dallas to receive all three awards of excellence - 100% conversion, customer retention recognition, and 269% growth.

Termites may be pests that you never lay eyes on, but that doesn't mean you don't need to give them any thought. Their ability to move around undetected is exactly why you need to be conscious of them. In Texas, it's not a matter of if, but a matter of when termites will make their way onto a property. Once they do, they can cause thousands of dollars in damages to your home. Termites eat away at the wooden structures within walls, damaging their structural integrity over time. The longer a termite infestation goes undetected, the larger the colony becomes and the more damage they can do.

Did you know that you don't have to be a pet owner to have fleas and ticks? Many people believe you must have a furry family member in order to be infested by these biting pests, but this is not the case. Fleas and ticks can easily "hitch a ride" on people, their pets, or their belongings to gain entry into your house. These pests can also be carried in on mice and other rodents that have found a way into your home. Because fleas and ticks have the potential to transmit diseases, professional flea and tick control is recommended.

Commensal rodents constitute a majority of the rodent problems in both residential and commercial properties in Tyler and Longview, TX. Commensal rodents include the Norway rat, the roof rat, and the notorious house mouse. The word "commensal" means these rodents live off man and return nothing of worth. The only possible category where they could be considered beneficial would be as garbage removal, and that is stretching it even for devoted animal activists. At Innovative Pest Control, we are keenly aware of the damages these rodents inflict to homes and businesses, and the health and safety risks they introduce to properties.

Home is much better without bugs. At Innovative, we don't think families and homes should be disrupted by nuisance and potentially destructive pests. That's why we developed our Advantage home pest control program. Keeping pests in check for over 25 years, these plans offer Tyler and Longview, Texas area homeowners affordable options that provide superior protection against ants, roaches, spiders, and other pests! You don't need to be home when we get to work. We'll arrive at the appointed time, service your home, and leave a door hanger explaining the treatments we've performed.

From building a positive reputation to increasing your revenue, your customers are at the heart of what you do. Insects and rodents in your business can affect the way your customers view you and your company. They also pose serious risks to the health of your employees and the safety of your property. Even though pests are small, their effect on your company's bottom line can be enormous. At Innovative Pest Control, we offer commercial pest control services that keep facilities pest-free all year round.
