Pest Control
Our pest control services target common household pests like ants, spiders, roaches, and rodents using EPA-approved chemicals. Certified technicians apply baits, gels, and traps for effective, long-term solutions. We offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly contracts with free follow-up treatments during the service period.
Termite Control
We eliminate termite infestations using Termidor and Premise, two of the most trusted termiticides. Our treatments include soil pre-treatment for new construction and borate wood applications. As a Termidor Certified Professional, we provide inspections and guaranteed protection against future infestations.
Moisture Control
Our moisture control services address crawl space humidity with polyethylene barriers and Timbor treatments. We install Santa Fe dehumidifiers and temperature-controlled foundation vents to prevent mildew, rot, and allergy triggers in homes across East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
Lawn Care Services
Barnes Lawn & Turf offers fertilization, weed control, aeration, and overseeding services. Our six-visit seasonal program tailors treatments to local conditions, ensuring healthy, vibrant lawns. Services cover Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, and surrounding areas with customized care for year-round beauty.
SaniSafe Germ Control
SaniSafe treatments use electrostatic technology to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and allergens from homes and businesses. This EPA-approved solution targets pathogens like flu virus, staph, and COVID-19, providing a safe, chemical-efficient way to maintain hygiene in high-traffic environments.
