Dirt Devil Landscaping is in the unique position of being both a landscape construction and excavation company. We offer a variety of excavating, grading, and concrete services throughout Maryland, DC, & Virginia. We service commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural clients. Located in Baltimore County, Dirt Devil is owned and operated by Devin Burs. Devin has worked in the landscape construction and maintenance field since high school; close to 10 years. After learning from some of the best mentors in the business, he began his own independent adventure in 2016 and began Dirt Devil.
