United Crane & Rigging has served Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia and the surrounding area for more than 50 years, specializing in both operated and bare rental crane services. Established as United Rental Equipment Company in 1968, UCR has grown to one of the most respected crane companies in the Mid-Atlantic, expanding our portfolio of services to include tower crane and hoist rentals, rigging, heavy haul, warehousing, and alternative movement solutions. In April 2020, United Crane & Rigging's Upper Marlboro, MD location and Crane Rental Company's Capitol Heights, MD location merged operations.
