We started Harmon Pest Control in 2004. When the business first began both Bob and Mariana Harmon had both been in the business about 10 years. Bob, in the termite business and Mariana in general pest control. The relationships which had been developed in the real estate market, the title companies and general overall friends in the valley helped the company to grow and expand. Within the first year, we had moved into a good working location and had termite inspectors, a repair crew and the general pest department.

A termite inspection is technically called a wood destroying pest and organisms inspection report. Our inspectors have years of training and are experts at their jobs. A wood destroying pest and organism inspection report is offered as a separated report, breaking down the findings into Section I, Section II and Further Inspection. Harmon Pest Control offers a 24-hour turn around on our inspections. We also work with Home Inspection companies and roofing companies which enables us to offer a bundled package at a discounted rate.

Our state certified PMP's (Pest Management Professionals) are thoroughly and regularly trained with "sensitive accounts", also known as commercial properties. Due to special concerns of people today, we give more attention to non-chemical methods that help control pest by improving sanitation, repairing structural problems and changing operational procedures. Nearly every property is sensitive in some area or in some way. At Harmon Pest Control our technicians specialize in integrated Pest Management (IPM); a decision-making process that anticipates and prevents pest activity and infestation by combining several strategies to achieve long-term solutions.
