Poorvu Construction was founded in 1914 and built institutional facilities such as schools, hospitals, prisons and water treatment plants. In 1972 our focus changed to managing multifamily housing and office buildings. We are a hands-on, family-owned business. Our staff members are outstanding, and many have served our customers for years. Although consolidation has often been the rule in our field, we stand as an independent exception. We are proud of our history, our properties and our staff.
