It's that time of year again. Bugs are coming out in full force, invading your space, and becoming a major distraction for your business, your employees, and your customers. There is nothing quite as unsettling as watching a big spider race across your office wall, or have a customer complain about a very large centipede or silverfish race over the restroom floor near the sinks or toilets! A simple service from a commercial pest control company can eliminate all of these problems. Indoor commercial pest control includes spraying all surfaces and areas where pest insects are likely to crawl.

If you are buying or selling a home, it is highly recommended that you hire a pest control company to perform a real estate inspection to look for signs of any insects, specifically termites, cockroaches, ants, and other wood-boring pests. A pest inspector will inspect the exterior of a home, foundation, around the windows and the roofline including the rafters. As a Realtor, you have a fiduciary responsibility for your client and need to recommend a reputable qualified real estate inspector. It is a wise investment to have a termite inspection performed on any resale home you are purchasing in Tampa Bay.

Termite control starts with understanding termites, and Drive-Bye Exterminators knows all about them. We have over 30 years of experience performing termite inspections and treating to eliminate these pests to provide your home and business the best termite protection from termite damage. Termites live and travel in colonies which are usually located in the ground or in wood. Based on the location of their colony, termites are typically divided into subterranean, drywood, and Formosan termites. These three groups are very different and require a licensed and experienced termite control company to effectively control them.

Some spiders threaten the health of humans through biting. The poisons from these bites can cause the spider bite victim to suffer from headaches, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Two varieties of spiders, the Brown Recluse and Black Widow, are especially problematic for Florida residents due to their highly-poisonous venom and the large numbers of these spiders that live in the area. The technicians working for Drive-Bye Exterminators are available to quickly identify the type of spider infestation you are dealing with and completely eliminate any threat these insects pose to you and the people you need to protect.

At Drive-Bye Exterminators, we are experts in Pinellas County, eliminating an ant problem in your home or office. We thoroughly complete each job from start to finish. Pavement Ants? Ghost Ants? Crazy Ants? We can handle them all. Call Drive-Bye Exterminators right away! Ants are one of the most common pest-related problems facing homeowners and businesses. Each spring tends to start a season-long battle in most households of seeing and dealing with ants. DIY and home remedies that initially seem effective often compound an ant situation because they do not address the source of the problem: the colony itself.

Are you dealing with pests in your home or business? Drive-Bye Exterminators serves the Tampa Bay area. We specialize in pest inspection, control, and elimination and have more than 30 years of experience in dealing with a wide variety of pests throughout your home and business. Roach populations can grow out of control rapidly and are extremely dangerous to your property and can spread disease. Roaches can spread 33 kinds of bacteria, including E. coli and Salmonella. They also carry six types of parasitic worms and seven types of human pathogens.

When a person sees a cockroach, they usually cringe. Roaches are one of the most unpopular insects and are not welcome in homes. They live in moist areas like sewers, pipes, drains, and bathrooms. They pick up germs on the spines of their legs crawling across decaying matter, garbage, and sewage. They transfer these germs onto foods and food surfaces. So, when you see a roach in your kitchen or bathroom, you have good reason to be concerned and need to remove them from your home immediately. They are nocturnal and stay hidden during daylight.

My entire family in the area have been using Drive-Bye for over 5 years now. We all have different needs (condos and houses) and Drive-Bye goes above and beyond to take care of all of us! They continue to exceed expectations and I would never use anyone else.

Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and I have had the best luck with their service and I'm pest free! Thank you, Drive Bye!

This company is amazing. The owner is very knowledgeable has been in the business for a long time. Not only do I recommend my clients to them but I also use them myself.

What's new?

You might think that you have to evacuate the building to have pest control do its thing. You actually don't. You can continue business as usual while the exterior is attended to, and then the exterminator can do the interior of your building after everyone goes home at the end of the day.
