The first step in preparing your home for paint is to clean the surface. Pressure washing is a great way to rid the surface of fungus, mildew, mold and dirt. After washing the house, we use sanders to feather out the peeling, bubbling and cracking areas. This creates a smooth clean look to the surface. Homes built prior to 1978 are likely to have been painted with lead paint. Special care must be taken when removing lead paint. We are an RRP/EPA certified company and have trained employees using special equipment to work around homes where lead is present.
